Position Overview:

As a Production Operator at Trenton Pressing, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring the efficient production of automotive parts. You will work as part of a team to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stamping presses, welding machines, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Load and unload parts, ensuring proper alignment and placement.

  • Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks on parts throughout the production process.

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.

  • Communicate any machine malfunctions or quality issues to team leads or maintenance promptly.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized according to 5S principles.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Basic math and measurement skills.

  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
